Threading machine for plastic pipes

Our range of off-line automatic threading machines FT are suitable to process PVC, PE and PP smooth pipes, from OD 10 mm to 250 mm internal and external threads to DIN 4925 and DIN 2999 standards.

The structure is composed of an electrowelded steel cross-sectional frame fully enclosed within panels. The sliding carriage with threading cutting units is supported by ball and screw guides to ensure precision movements during threading operations.

FT/C-10/40

Our latest generation off-line threading machine processes small smooth plastic pipes from diameter 10 mm to 40 mm. As a special option, it is possible to add the chamfering process that gives a perfect quality to the final product.

FT-S/250

This off-line unit threads internally and externally smooth plastic pipes from diameter 40 mm up to diameter 250 mm. It is capable to produce any kind of thread by an easy replacement of the tools.
