The system is innovative as it allows the punching of multiwalled profiles suitable without the use of die, together with processing a huge variety of complex geometries slots and punching patterns, with an easy and fast format changeover. It is extremely versatile to operate both off-line and in-line and also saving costs, as it is configured to recycle the to 100% of its recycle punching chips, automatically evacuated from the same punching set.

The whole process takes place with extreme silent operation and the end result gives a clean product, thanks to precise punching without dust release, combining product quality with the quality of the working environment.

The soundproof cabin guarantees low noise levels and reduction of acoustic emissions for a safe and healthy workplace.
