On Friday 20 March, Baruffaldi Plastic Technology hosted the 3rd class of experts in mechanics, mechatronics and energy of the ITI N. Copernicus Institute in Ferrara, accompanied by their teachers.

After a brief introduction of the company and the market in which it operates, the students were brought to know the working environment directly. The top machines of the current production were presented by a company technician, who provided answers to all the questions of the young people, not only on the technical aspect, but also on the daily working life based on company values.

In fact, the innovative mentality pushes Baruffaldi to support and welcome training initiatives and internships, in collaboration with school structures. The main objective of these initiatives is to increase curiosity, enrich knowledge and bring young people closer to the business world.
